Getting Started

New to Europa Memory Bank? Here's how to get up and running quickly:

Create an account

Visit the Register page and complete the sign-up form with your name and email address.

Add your child

Once logged in, go to My Children and add your child's name and date of birth.

Record your first memory

Head to the Memory Bank and select a memory type to begin capturing milestones.

Explore the Flip Book

Visit the Flip Book to see all your memories as an interactive storybook.

Use the Calculators

Our Pregnancy & Child Calculators are free to use with no account required.

Account & Login Help

Forgotten password

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page to reset your password via email.

Email not recognised

Ensure you are using the email you registered with. Check for typos or try an alternative address.

Account locked

After several failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes or contact us to unlock it.

Reset email not arriving

Check your spam or junk folder. If it still doesn't arrive, contact info@domainname.com.

Memory Bank FAQs

How many children can I add?

You can add multiple children to a single account. Each child has their own Memory Bank so their milestones remain separate and organised.

Can I upload photos and videos?

Yes. You can attach photos (JPEG, PNG) and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) to most memory types. Individual file uploads are limited to 50 MB.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. All data is automatically backed up daily. Memories can be restored upon request in the event of accidental deletion.

How do I delete a memory entry?

Open the memory entry in your Memory Bank, scroll to the bottom, and click the Delete button. Deleted entries cannot be recovered.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems, please try the following steps before contacting us:

Clear cache & cookies

Refresh the page or clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.

Try a different browser

We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Ensure your browser is fully up to date.

Disable extensions

Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, then try again.

Check your connection

Ensure your internet connection is stable. Try from a different device or network.

If the issue persists, please contact us with your browser version, device type, operating system, and a description of the problem.
